Time Setting on Remstar - TASleep - 01-27-2023 Hello there, Is there a way to change the time setting on a Philips Resp. Remstar Auto Aflex? Seems the data reads one hour ahead of the o2 Ring data on OSCAR which is synced to my computer. I tried setting the DST for the Philips on OSCAR but nothing changes. It will probably be easier to change the O2Ring's starting time to match the CPAP's. Using OSCAR version 1.4.0, you just need to rename the Wellue/Viatom binary data file to match the CPAP's starting time. See "Syncing your Oximeter times with OSCAR" in the Wiki Wellue Viatom File Import page.
