"myAir hasn't received data from your machine for some time" - farfrompeace - 02-05-2025 "myAir hasn't received data from your machine for some time" MyAir app on Android is showing this error, screenshot attached. I checked my SD card but the data is there for 3rd and 4th February. Anyone else facing this issue on Resmed Airsense 11? RE: "myAir hasn't received data from your machine for some time" - Sleeprider - 02-05-2025 The Airsense 11 transmits data over a cellular signal. I believe the strength of that signal is displayed on the device display on the upper right side. The SD card is not involved in the data transmission. I don't use MyAir, but check if you have a signal indicated on your display. RE: "myAir hasn't received data from your machine for some time" - greatunclebill - 02-05-2025 No, you should not put your myAir device in airplane mode. Airplane mode disables cellular connectivity, which prevents your device from transmitting data to the myAir app. you may have somehow put your myair in airplane mode. search how to do it or undo it if that's the problem. Checked with a local resmed sleep doctor, he said many people's data hasn't updated for 3rd and 4th Feb. Maybe resmed is pushing some update. I'll wait for a few days and report back. Thanks Thanks my sleep bros. Data got updated automatically. Got a score of 100 XD RE: "myAir hasn't received data from your machine for some time" - greatunclebill - 02-05-2025 we've had no problems. the cpap broadcasts out to a local cell phone network and goes to resmed. perhaps this problem was local to your area like a temporary problem in the network they were using. if you dig far enough into your setting you can see the name of the network they are using. |
