Default data folder name

The default directoryname decision is entirely automatic:
- For release/rc versions there's no suffix, i.e. the default directory is: OSCAR_Data.
- For anything that's a tagged testing release (generally beta, but occasionally alphas -- previously called "testing" releases -- that we build for broader testing), it's "-test", i.e. OSCAR_Data-test.
- For everything else in git, it's "-(branch)", so usually "-master" unless you're developing in a branch.
The current version that we're checking out is not a tagged test release. When we decide to release an alpha version, it will probably be alpha-1. For now, 1.1.1-alpha-0 means that it's not released, but newer than the 1.1.0 release.
