What jumps out at me is your pulse being less than 50bpm for 75% of the time. That seems a little low to me. A chronically low pulse rate can result in less blood being pumped through your body and thus less oxygen getting to your brain.  Your brain responds slower to drops in oxygen while asleep compared to during awake.  This is something to just consider and be aware of especially if your pulse starts dropping below 40bpm on a frequent basis.

hi
my pulse has been averaging around 50bpm most nights it used to be around 62bpm  2 months ago, could it be because i run every night now fo 40min  and i am fitter also dropped alot of weight in 2 months around 9kg ? my pulse is normal through day and when exercising?

Being in better shape can lower pulse rate. You're only borderline bradycardia and it's something I'd just mention to your sleep doc the next time you have an appointment just to make your doc aware as a precaution.  I'd be more concerned if you were dropping into the lower 40's which isn't happening. Also some people have a lower baseline pulse rate than most others. Some medications can lower pulse rate as well.

I'm not suggesting you need to worry about it only that you are aware of it and make sure to watch if it goes down into the 40's on a regular basis so you can report it to your doc.

Congrats on losing weight and your exercising as these alone can make you feel better and sleep better. Your pulse being good while exercising is awesome and shows you're healthy.
