I am still successfully using my ResMed S9 machine.  Should I get a newer machine?  Which one do you recommend?  Details please.

How many hours on the S9?

ResMed Airsense 10 Autoset is the current gold standard of CPAP machines. if you can afford the extra money go for a ResMed AirCurve 10 Vauto as it has more pressure support and features. Doesn’t matter if it is one with modems or card-to-cloud.

It also depends on your insurance unless you are willing to pay out of pocket. If you had your S9 for 5 years or more, you might be eligible for a replacement.

My renewal period on my S10 AutoSet allowed me to get a new machine. I selected another S10 because I have no need for razzle-dazzle in the gamified S11 and wanted to keep using my expensive ResMed Oximeter system.

Welcome to the forum!

I had 22,100 hours on my old S9E machine.
I kept it as a spare when I bought my new S10 autosense *for her* machine.

I'm glad i have a spare.
