Let’s compare heart rate charts!
Heart rate seems to be a good indicator of arousals. If you track yours, share a chart so we can compare!
Attached is a: - 2.5h nap - AHI was 0.0 - Remember waking up twice, once to switch sides and once at the end The chart seems to show ~9 arousals, which is 3.6/h. ![[Image: hYxHawC.jpg]](https://i.imgur.com/hYxHawC.jpg)

Attached is a screen of my Sleepon data, shows a pretty typical night for me. The green dots are activity from my left foot, using the Go2Sleep SE for monitoring, heart rate, spo2 and motion.
