RE: New User - Help interpreting Oscar data
Ok - made the adjustment to remove the ramp and bump up to 8 and 15.  Curious the AHI went up.  Thoughts?

We sleep differently from night to night so our ahi is different. We’re you awake when the majority of your events occurred between 21:45 and 22:30 ?

RE: New User - Help interpreting Oscar data
Your CPAP is intended to treat obstructive apnea, and the results from this night are lower as compared to the other two charts. The 95% flow limitation s also lower. Your respiration rate dropped back to 17 BPM and your median pressure was lower than the other charts. This means you had less flow variation. The increase in AHI is in CA events, which can be explained as sleep transitions or disturbances and may be transient. I think it deserves more than one night of trial, and consider the difference in therapy insignificant to slightly positive.
