Nose Sore (Inside Nose)

I have a tiny little raw spot or sore "inside" my nose. It developed a couple of days ago and it won't heal. It doesn't really bother me - but I would like to tackle it before it gets larger.

I don't have nose pillows ...I have an external nose mask.

How do I stop this tiny sore from getting worse?

PS. I haven't slept this deeply since I was a child. I'm loving it!

You also might want to try lanolin, which is found in the baby aisle of most stores. Agree with the advice to see a dermatologist if you find the remedies you try don't help.

Another thing you could try is to get one of the Neomed Sinus rinces. Get the one with the squeeze bottle and the salt packets and put warm water in it along with a salt packet and rince your nose out with it and hopefully that will help you. I have tried that and it works well for me, of course, YMMV.
Good luck.
There is something way better available than those "squeeze" bottles that my ENT Doctor put me onto, it's called a Neilmed Sinugator and is absolutely brilliant. It is battery powered and imparts the salt mixture through your nostrils with a pulsating motion, 1,000% better than the "squeeze" bottle or a neti pot. Thoroughly recommend it for Cpap users that have problems with blocked sinuses. Don't think I'm allowed to put up a link but Google Neilmed Sinugator and you'll soon find it.
