Resmed S9 usage rate incorrect

Resmed S9 usage rate incorrect
Hey guys and gals,

My Resmed S9 Autoset has decided to report 24 hours of usage every time I press the info button. While that is a pretty good usage rate, it's obviously wrong when looking at the data in sleepyhead. I understand there can be some clock issues but I went into the clinician menu and checked the clock and it's fine. This does not change regardless of when I press it. Any ideas?

No zonk, I hadn't! You'd think that working with computers for a living it would have occurred to me. I just did it now hopefully it will fix it.

I'd also press all the buttons and hold them down while the power is off just to cover all possibilities. That works on some computer boards that I have fixed.

Aside from that, you could set it back to factory default and maybe it'll be all better. Get into clinical mode and you should see that option.

All better. First time in my life that unplugging and plugging something back in was the correct solution. Thanks zonk.
