Me too.  Started 4 days ago.  In the morning it downloads data but no chart/results.  Can get results in the evening though.  Weird.

As I sad earlier the data transfer time shown in small print is off significantly. In addition it is off be different amount each day I do a transfer.  Not sure if the is related.  Also not sure how to set this time on DreamMapper.

same issue,  anyone have a way to contact phillips dreammapper appt directly.  I have tried to find a way to contact the appt directly and can find no way to communicate with them, to see if they have a fix.
