[CPAP] Self-Titration new user help
#21
RE: Self-Titration new user help
That is a huge difference in flow limits and AHI. I don't know which collar you selected, but it seems to be doing the job. There should not be any distracting whistling around the tube connection to the mask, so that is something to look into before you settle in tonight. The snores correlate with flow limits, so I think those are real, and you may have some impingement of the collar on your airway. Just be aware, if you are snoring, there may be a reason. Take note of your collar fit and head position if snoring begins again, and fix any issues. We especially want to avoid the collar pressing on soft tissues behind the chin.
