DP 1st Night Results - Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset
Hello group!

Glad to have found you and joined.  Just did my first night sleep with my machine and excited to post.  Apologies in advance if I am doing anything incorrectly.  I have read the instructions on the forum but alas it is a lot to take in.  I have attached my first night's Oscar standard view results for feedback.

Still woke up with a bit of a sore throat and did not feel any energy benefit yet.

Appreciate anyone reading and providing any insight and help!

Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset
Mask: Resmed AirFit N20 (nasal)

Auto
Pressure 5 - 20
EPR: 3
Humidity: 4

Best,
David

You have a lot of clear airway events that may be due to your EPR setting. I suggest you reduce EPR to 1 and post the result.

New results attached.

EPR adjusted to 1 and pressure was at min 6 and max 15.
Looks like the EPR adjustment helped address the CA!
I am not used to and comfortable with the machine noise and mask yet but hopefully the comfort increases with daily usage.

Any other thoughts and advice?
Should I adjust pressure settings at all?

Thanks!
