DreamStation Error Front Panel

Hello everybody,

I have a DreamStation CAX500T12 (NO RECALL ON IT).

I got 2 error codes on my front panel: 110319 - 12626.

I've tried to find information about these error codes everywhere, but without any solution. I opened the machine, cleaned everything, and blew the 2 vacuum sensors.

Unfortunately, I don't have the connector to plug it into a PC for a full diagnosis.

Does anyone have an answer to this issue? Thank you.

I couldn't find anything close to the error codes in the DreamStation service manual I have, but I have to ask why you believe your machine isn't on the recall list? The link below appears to list it for Canada.

I already make the request for the recall regarding my s/n my machine was not on the list.

I read th usrer Guide , The Service Manuel and The reparation guide.. to make a short answer. they ask me to connect to a pc with the diag software.

i don't want to spend money on that cable before i check here if someone have the answer.
