RE: First photos of new ResMed AirSense 11
As OpalRose has stated, the AS11 won't be released until later this year. If prior new model releases mean anything, I wouldn't want to be the first kid on the block to acquire a new design. There seems to always be an "Oops! We forgot to do that."

the thread name is Resmed Airsense 11...am i in the wrong threead?
No, there are currently threads dealing with the Dreamstation 2 and Resmed Airsense 11. My mistake, but the answer does not change. You got a good machine with the Airsense 10 and the 11 is not yet available, and may not be the best choice in early versions.

Do you know how much revision of the airsense 10 autoset was made? (I searched on the web but found nothing)
Are these codes just country differences or version?

When I see sequences like these, I think of engineering change orders to track progress as development proceeds.

I think it's more geographic relation (maybe conformity corelation)
For example mine is 37102 produced 2020-08-10
SURE:
- 37 is the serie (38 airmini and 39 airsense 11)
MAYBE:
- 1 continent (0-4 for 5 continents or there are 5 conformity commission in the world)
- 02 is model ref and maybe revision

The only thing I able to confirm is: "airsense 11 use ble to talk with phone app"
And there is no wifi.

Just saw this post on Reddit.
More on the Airsense 11
Look closely at photo #12 of 16 and you will see the SD card slot and label.
I also noticed the silicone seal on the inflow side of the humidifier tank is attached to the tank. On the 10, it is mounted deep in the belly of the beast and I don't know that it is user replaceable if it gets damaged.
