Help with sleep report required please
hi All,

hope all is well.  I am suffering very badly and feel fatigued all day on a daily basis.  My body feels like its knackered all the time despite getting 6-8+ sleep daily.  I have posted my report here and think I had the following:

OSA @ 01:00
OSA@ 02:00
Hypoponea @ 02:20 - No idea what this is
ClearAirway @03:00 - No idea what this is

Welcome
Your numbers are good but your flow limits are still high.  I suggest you change your beginning pressure to 8.5, then post another chart tomorrow and tell us how you feel.  Best of luck!  Smile
