Need help understanding OSCAR data
Hi guys,

I have been on APAP for close to 3 months now.  I feel alot better but at times feel like i struggle a bit thru the night.  But there are no signs when i wake up.  Wondering if my OSCAR data can show anything out of the ordinary.  attaching two nights i felt like i had chest pains on july 9th, and july 11th i felt great no issues.  Want to see if the chart reflects how i feel correctly.

RE: Need help understanding OSCAR data
Take a look at your pressure chart and your flow limit chart together.  You can easily see when you have an increase in flow limits you have an increase in your pressure.  The increase in pressure can cause you to be unable to get into deep sleep and with the pressure going up you may be waking up.  We help with flow limits by using EPR.

I would suggest the following settings
Min 7
EPR full time set to 3.

give it a couple of days with this setting and see how you feel  -  post back with "how you feel"
Your AHI is great now we need to get the setting to help you feel better.

I agree with Staceyburke, the addition of EPR to your therapy will help with comfort and pressure stability. This should reduce arousals.
