Oscar says my version 1.4.0 is current. How do I get the software to acknowledge version 1.5.1 ?

Go to the OSCAR listing at the top of every page and download it. In between versions 1.4 and 1.5, the OSCAR download site switched to a secured website ("HTTPS"). This broke the older versions from checking, because they were trying to access an HTTP URL.
