Feel Terrible - Someone Please Help
Hi ALl,
I have been browsing this forum for quite a while trying to get my therapy dialed in and I end up just feeling worse.
I have a sleep study that said my pressure should be 8cm, but after months I am not feeling any better. I have brain fog, anxiety, and I am completely exhausted.
Recently I have been trying to use EPR based on my flow limitations but today i just feel terrible. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
I also wanted to add the stuff in the beginning is me playing with the mask and humidity.
What is happening is flow limits are driving your pressures up. Currently at 0.09, while not bad your numbers are fine.
Two things to try, increase EPR, obviously you can't or increase PS which requires a BiLevel, which leaves
Increase your min pressure to see if your 95% flow limit falls, not nearly as effective as EPR but was what we did before we knew what EPR did. I am not confident of this approach but no reason not to try it.

I use a P10 and just push through congestion. I swear it will not work this time but it always has. The common sense is a FFM as it allows for mouth breathing.
