Record full night of SpO2 data from smartwatches ?

Record full night of SpO2 data from smartwatches ?
Hello,

I am aware that various smartwatches claim to be able to monitor SpO2.

I believe that many of them report an insnantaneous value to the screen and record an average for the whole night.

Does anybody have a smartwatch where you can download your full night of SpO2 data recorded every 5 seconds and then draw a graph and do some statistics in an app or a spreadsheet ?

My O2 ring is broken and I want to see if its worth moving to a smartwatch.

I believe some smart watches allow instantaneous measurement but you'd have to be awake for it. Considering how infrequently the watches check sp02 I'm not confident that the data would be all that helpful. Your best bet would be to order a new o2 ring.

I use a FitBit Sense 2 and while it does somehow record my SpO2 during sleep, it only gives me the average SpO2 for the night in the phone app. I prefer my SleepU for SpO2 tracking since it can be imported easily into OSCAR and has much more detail.

I also get sleep stages with the Sense 2. Shows in a graph in the phone app and the web Dashboard, but not usable for OSCAR.

My Samsung smart watch records SP02 every minute while I am asleep.it can be down loaded to excel. It also records your sleep markers Rem, deep, ect.in excel you can do your graphs. I will be switching eventually to apples smart watch and iPhone because it integrates nicely with sleephq and also my o2 ring which I believe from what I have read is more acurrate sp02 reads. My goal is to use one app for my statistics on my apnea instead of the 3rd party apps.

In a few days, I should be able to say if these O2 rings / O2 wristbands have an ounce of validity. Results are going to be compared to a real medical device I wore for a couple nights. I'm quite curious. I'll report back.
