Waking up with no mask

Waking up with no mask
I've had my ResMed 11 for over a year now, and it has been life changing.  However, in the past month or two there have been times when I have woken up in the middle of the night, having taken the mask off in distress.  I don't know what the distress is, but I've felt perhaps that I'm not getting enough air, so my unconscious is pulling the mask off.

It happened again last night.  Would someone here be willing to take a look at my data and see if anything notable pops up?

Please let me know what screenshots I should attach.

Thanks in advance.

RE: Waking up with no mask
Post last nights chart plus one or two other days where this occurred. There may be something we can pinpoint.

We need to see a chart from the Daily Page in OSCAR.

Use this link to guide you.

Here are two, anyway.  I can't remember the last time it happened  so I'll have to go back through and see if I can figure it out.

Thank you for your help.

RE: Waking up with no mask
I honestly don't see anything on the graphs except you're possibly having problems with your mask? How is the fit? The spikes on your leak graph suggest mask movement.

You may be turning over in your sleep and the mask might be pushed sideways a bit, causing a leak or rush of air from the mask... which could explain the feeling of not enough air.

Be sure you replace the mask cushions when they feel softer than usual.
