If you have history I haven't read that can change things, sometimes significantly.

Yeah, prior to reducing EPR to 1 and changing pressure to 6-14, I was hovering around 4-5 AHI with more than half of those from central events, but my other events were essentially gone.

Before you changed EPR to 1, your AHI was about 4-5 and half that was CA, is that correct? FWIW note that CA versus flow limits, most Hypopnea (unless they're known Central based), and Obstructive Apnea will be on opposing ends of the teeter-totter. Acting on either side to make it go down, this will inevitably make the opposite side go up. So if you had nearly 50-50 split it's maybe going to be difficult to balance. But that was a one night snapshot, much like a sleep study. Or did you mean 4-5 AHI with all Central and about nothing else?
PS you'd not like my level of CA at about 19 AHI while on an AutoSet.
