8 hours of sleep, please

8 hours of sleep, please
Hello friends,

since I started using my CPAP (AS 10 autoset) my AHI has been great (less than 3 an hour), but for some reason I seem to have a hard limit at 7 hours of sleep. Very rarely I sleep for 7 hours straight, and more often than note it's just 6 hours or even less.
This is a problem as I will invariably feel tired in the afternoon and crave a nap of some kind (even just a power nap).

Question: can someone recommend a way to convince my body and my brain that it can sleep a little bit longer in the morning?

Thanks  Thanks

Fillmore

Just a thought; Have you considered setting your pressure to a static value to see if your arousal is caused by pressure changes?

@Crimson Nape, That's a wonderful suggestion! I shall keep it in mind for myself.

I'm trying to work with an iWatch 6 to see whether it's a useful tool to monitor sleep quality.
