IMO with an RDI of 1.9 or so, it's best to adjust for comfort rather than numbers and data. Was there a symptom or discomfort of some sort you're trying to adjust for? If it's for chasing the numbers, I think it's a wrong reason with results this chart is showing.

With 1 CA event per hour, you should be feeling pretty good. About the only move is possibly lowering pressure or pressure support very very slowly (i.e. EPR 2 or minimum pressure 7.6). My best advise is to keep your current settings another week then decide if a change is warranted by how you feel as Dave said.

last night RDI jumped to 3.59(CA: 3.29). I woke up feeling terrible. I am using Bleep Mask; any suggestion to fix the mask to increase CO2? E.g., Enhanced Expiratory Rebreathing Space.

I don't claim to be expert at your events, however I think you're at a point in therapy that you need to decide what aspect is more important to make changes for, CA events or something else. You can lower EPR as suggested and you might encounter FL increases. I don't think you get the luxury to chase down both without some other event increasing. Decide what event you need to keep lower. If for some reason you think you must achieve a zero on events, I think it's an incorrect, inaccurate goal. Comfort is an acceptable and achievable goal, however I do believe comfort and zero events are not the same thing. Choose one or the other.

Technically EERS is accomplished by moving the exhalation vent away from the mask by plugging mask vents and adding 6-inch sections of Corr-a-Flex tube, then inserting an exhalation vent / anti-asphixiation valve at the end of the existing CPAP tube. It's not expensive or difficult and there are several threads around where members have done this http://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread-...light=EERS . I believe the anti-asphixiation valve is optional with a nasal mask. Check the wiki for some links.

I am using Bleep mask; do you know how to add the EERS to Bleep Mask?

Pretty mech the same as any other mask. I'd have to dig into the bleep to identify the vents and anti affixation valve, otherwise it's the same as any other mask

The vent holes are tiny on the bleep mask. I don't think I would know how to block only some of them.
